Mr. Howard Bailey a longtime resident of Rahway, NJ since 1957 passed away on September 9, 2016. Mr. Bailey retired from General Motors where he held the position of supervisor. He was a veteran who received a honorable discharge from the U.S. Army . Mr. Bailey was the devoted husband of (the late) Barbara A. Bailey; loving father of Michael C. Bailey and (the late) Howard Kent Bailey; beloved father-in-law of Wendy L. Bailey and Mary I. Bailey; caring grandfather of Blake E. Bailey, Justin K. Bailey, Jasmine L. Bailey, Jaleesa A. I. Bailey, and Ian-Michael Bailey; cherished great-grandfather of (6) great- grandchildren; and the dear brother of Wray (Bonnie) Bailey. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
