James Arnez McNeil Sr. passed away on Saturday November 28, 2009 at home. He had been employed as a Bus Driver for J & R Transport. He was the devoted husband of Carol McNeil. Beloved father of James A. Jr. and Jada C. McNeil. Loving son of Johnnie M. Smith and the late James E. McNeil. Stepson of Freddie L. Smith. Dear brother of Darrin and Viola McNeil.
