James Raleigh Parker of Jersey City, New Jersey passed away on June 9, 2015. Loving Father of James L. Parker , Tommie L. Parker, Denise Blue and Janice Copeland. Devoted Brother of Isaiah Parker, Pastor Clifford Parker, Lessie Turner, Geneva Little, Etta Keaton, Ruth Owens, Joyce Rutledge, Shirley Brunson and Alberta Timmons.
