James Rouse Jr. of Jersey City passed away on April 3, 2017. Loving husband of Willie Mae Rouse, adored father of James E. and Eula T. Rouse, dear brother of Isaac, Edgar, Harvey, Elizabeth, Leila, Flossie, Pauline and Jean. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
