James L. Williams of Jersey City, departed this life on December 30, 2015 in Jersey City, NJ. He was the loving father of Janice M. Williams-Seabrook; dear brother of Ida Mae Clayton and Gladys Finnery; caring grandfather of (4) Grandchildren and (2) Great grandchildren.
