Jerome Neals a life long resident of Jersey City, New Jersey passed away on January 30, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Felicia Neals; loving father of Sharome Neals, Destiny Neals and Sheronna Wilson - Duncan; sincere son of Donna Holsey and (the late) Willie Neals; dear brother of Willie Neals Jr., Keshawn Neals and Sherry Neals; and caring grandfather of (6) grandchildren. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
