Jessie Alfred Ragland of Irvington, NJ (formerly of Jersey City) passed away on June 4, 2018. Beloved husband of Cecelia Ragland; loving father of Terrence Ragland & Min. Inger Ragland; dear brother of Robert Ragland, Brenda Smith, Josephine Terry & Elmer Daniels; and grandfather of (3) grandchildren & (1) great grandchild.
