Joe L. Barrett of Jersey City passed away on Oct. 12, 2017. Cherished husband of Beverly Barrett. Loving father of Sebastian Farmer, Robert Harris, Cortney Barrett and Camille Loving-Harris. Dear brother of David and S.T. Scott, Willie and Charles Barrett and Mary Harris. Grandfather of 3, dear son-in-law of Elder Howard & Roberta Grant.
