Joseph Smoaks of Jersey City, NJ passed away on July 5, 2018. Beloved husband of Ella Smoaks; loving father of Anthony J. Smoaks Sr.; dear brother of Mammie Lloyd- Barnwell; and caring grandfather of Anthony J. Smoaks II. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
