Joyce Maria Hurley was born in Jersey City, NJ on August 2, 1956. Her presence brought life into the family and Joyce was a loving person who made everyone laugh no matter the situation. She went on to graduate from Henry Snyder High School in June 1975. Joyce was employed at New Jersey City University for nineteen years as a Principal Clerk Typist. Joyce gave her heart to the Lord and was baptized at Mount Olive Baptist Church in Jersey City. She later relocated to Fords, New Jersey and joined the Second Baptist Church in Rahway, New Jersey in 2006. Joyce is survived by: her loving companion, Brian McDonald; three children, Thomas T., Troy and Shonna; five siblings, Patricia, Tamala, Melvin, Jr., and Darnel and a host of loving nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
