Kenneth "Spanky" Howard passed away on Tuesday January 19, 2010 at the Jersey City Medical Center. He had been a Line Switcher Operator for ConRail/NJ Transit. He was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Hackensack, NJ and also belonged to many civic and social groups in Jersey City. Devoted husband of Jacqui Howard. Beloved father of David (Leila) Howard and Darlene Dozier. Stepfather of Tarrod (Aisha) Hill. Loving Grandfather of Tiffay Harris, Ayshawn Dawson, Tarrae Hill and Evan Howard. Gr. Grandfather of Maya Burroughs and Zaina Jones. Son of the late George and Florine Howard. Nephew of Dorothy Daniels. Uncle of Joy Hill. Son-in-law of Bernice Hill. Brother-in-law of Sharon Hill.
