Kevin Powell of Jersey City passed away on Nov. 30, 2018. Loving father of Kevin Evans, dear brother of Velton, Karen, Latyna and Tracy Powell. Cherished stepson of Evelyn Powell and nephews of Verline Johnson and Shirley Haynes. Also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends.
