Kevin A. Welch, 36, of Jersey City, NJ departed August 13, 2010. Loving husband of Claudine, devoted father of Michael and Madison. Beloved son of Betty Jean Jones and Joseph Welch and beloved brother of Natasha Welch and Earl Jones Jr. Kevin was employed at ARC (Association of Retarded Citizens). He was a member of the Faith and Victory Deliverance Church in Bayonne, New Jersey where he was a vibrant and willing worker.
