Lottie Berthia Williams, of Jersey City passed on Oct. 3, 2014. Adored wife of John H. Williams, beloved mother of Mark, Todd, Bobby, Paul, Jamal, and Sharon D. Williams, dear sister of Enis Winston and Girthia King. Loving grandmother of 24, great grandmother of 16, and also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
