Mrs. Louise J. Williams of Rahway, NJ made her spiritual transition on April 13, 2015 at home surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of (the late) Garnet E. Williams Sr.; loving mother of Steven Brister, Esq., Kevin Martin Brister , Cortell Tappan, Angela Garrity, Charnette Proctor, Toni Brister- Moore, Candace Watson, Theresa Stargell, Joy Williams, (the late) Garnet E. Williams Jr. and Kevin K. Williams; sister of (the late) Granville and Ellis Blair; life long sister/friend of Cleola Shorter; sister-in-law of Rodney Miller; and grandmother of (33) Grandchildren, (44) Great- grandchildren and (5) Great- great-grandchildren. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended friends, neighbors of the E. Albert Street Community and the Progressive Baptist Church Family.
