Mamie Jenkins dpearted on Sunday April 12, 2009 at home. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church for 49 years. She was the devoted wife of the late Henry Jenkins. Beloved mother of Jeff, Earl, and Jasper Jenkins, Geneva Davis, Willie Mae Waiters, Julia Hymes, Emily Benekin, Lucille Gourdine, Barbara Hauser and the late Samuel and John Jenkins and Carolyn Jenkins-Jones. Loving grandmother of 26. Great-Grandmother of 41. Great-great-grandmother of 2. Loving niece Dorothy Jenkins. Long Time Care Giver Carmen Tapia.
