Rev. Margaret Carmichael of Jersey City, NJ passed away on Saturday April 24, 2010 in Jersey City, NJ. Rev. Carmichael was an active member at Metropolitan AME Zion Church, was a marriage facilitator at City Hall in Jersey City, and she was an Eastern Star. Loving mother of Henrietta E. Richardson and the late Henry S. Byrd and Esteese Johnson. Daughter of the late Joseph and Corine Wright. Adored sister of Ander Lee and Joseph Wright, Etherine Murphy, and the late Lucius , Leroy, Edward and Curl Wright and Dazerine Blue. Cherished grandmother of Antwuanette Brown, Antwuan and Samuel Wilkins, Alea Fitz, Ashanti and Umojia Jackson. Special niece Denise Blue McNeill. Also survived by a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
