Margaret Palmer, 66, of Jersey City NJ passed away on February 11, 2017. She is survived by her daughter Tamara Palmer, her brothers Rev. Calvin C. Palmer, Herman (Jo-Ann) Riggsbee and Martin Riggsbee, her sisters Michele (Larry) Hicks, Beverly Palmer and Valerie King.
