Marsha Wardell Jones a lifelong resident of Jersey City, passed away peacefully on Sunday October 24, 2010 Marsha was born on April 22, 1962 to the late Thelma Jones and Alva Williams. She was a faithful member and usher at the Metropolitan A.M.E. Zion Church, Jersey City, N.J. She was a Letter Carrier for the U.S. Postal Service for over 12 years; She enjoyed traveling with her dear friends from the Post Office. She also worked for the Newport Nursing Home, formerly known as The Jewish Home, where she had many friends. She is survived by: Son, Mark Anthony Jones; Brother, Jonathan Jones and Ronnie Williams, Sisters, Sheila, Debra, Joyce, Linda and Tracey Williams. Special Sister-in- Law Francine Jones; Special Aunt and Uncle, Marie and Edwards Jones; Stepmother Mary Williams; Special Friend Melody Sims. Nieces and Nephews, Nathan, Latiffany, Jovonne, Marckus, Wesley, Kameron, Jelisa, Rolette and a host of family and friends.
