Loving father of Gregory and Valerie Phoenix, Andrea Phoenix-Bryant and Sylvia McKenney-Simms, adored brother of Verlinda Phoenix-Willis and Mearlease Phoenix-Gilyard. Cherished grandfather of 4, great grandfather of 9 and also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
