Mary Lois Brown was born August 23, 1928 in Chesterfield County, S.C., to the late Robert and Mary Beatrice Coleman Ings. She was a long time resident of Jersey City, N.J. where she worked doing housekeeping at the Holiday Inn. She entered into eternal rest on Saturday October 2, 2010 at Christ Hospital in Jersey City, N.J. On February 8, 1951 Mary Lois Ings-Brown married her first love the late Nathaniel Brown. Through this spiritual union were born Ten children, and Six preceded in death; Mary is survived by her four Daughters; Ruth Brown, Brenda Jean Brown (Murray) Minnie Louis Brown, and Beatrice Brown (Byrd). Thirty-Two grandchildren, Twenty-Eight great grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild. Her three brothers John, Billy, Bobby Ings. One sister Sara Mae Bess. One daughter-in-law Pamela Brown, Two sons-in-laws William Murray Sr. and Darryl Byrd. She will always be missed by a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
