Melvin Hall of Newark, NJ passed away Dec. 28, 2018. Loving son of Ethel and the late Alvin Hall, Sr., dear brother of Kelvin Hall (Diandra), Alvin Hall, Jr. (Michelle), Robert Draughn, Deborah Anderson (Lester) and Belinda Draughn.
