Peggy Loretta Blanks-Smith passed from this life on Saturday August 22, 2009. Smith was born on August 5, 2009 to John E. and Hazel S. Shaw in Clarkton, North Carolina. Preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Alice, Hank, Freddie, Tim and Benjamin. She is survived by her brothers James and Leon and one sister Faye. Life-long companion, Willie James McCall, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, many devoted friends and acquaintances.
