Peggy Ann Brown of Jersey City passed away on Feb. 21, 2016. Adored mother of Myron Covington and Keisha Legrand. Loving sister of Annie Legrand, Marcella McDonald, Edith Cameron, Mary Greene and Mildred Bivens.
