Peter Anthony Purnell of East Orange, New Jersey passed away on April 20, 2013. Beloved husband of Dorothy E. Purnell. Loving father of Mark Lee and Deborah Purnell-Alexander. Dear Grandfather of Quintin and Peri Alexander. Stepfather of Darryl Gaston. Son of the late Elijah Purnell Sr. and Edna Purnell nee Johnson. Father-in-law of Deborah Lee and Reginald Alexander. Also survived by a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many other loving Relatives and Friends. He was a Veteran and a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Bayonne, N.J.
