Housing Authority for many years. Phyllis received her B.A. Degree in Psychology along with a Master's Degree. Beloved wife of Alassane N. Diane. Loving mother of Ashanti K. Green. Cherished daughter of Ruby Ann Green and the late Louis Bell. Devoted sister of Darlene Peay.
