Rachel Mae Speaks of Jersey City passed away on September 5, 2016. She was the beloved wife of (the late) William Speaks; loving mother of Roy, Coley, Jermaine, Syliva, and Rachel L. Speaks; caring grandmother of (12) grandchildren and (8) great- grandchildren. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
