Ralph M. Handy, Jr. of East Orange (formerly of Jersey City) passed away on Feb. 8, 2020. Dear husband of Shirley Handy, devoted father of Ralph B. and Dwight D. Handy, Miranda Neal, Tonya Handy-Robinson, Laverne Neal and Nadine Handy-Collins, loving brother of Caroline Hilton, grandfather of 23, great grandfather of 31 and also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
