Raymond P. High of Houston, Texas, formerly of Newark, NJ passed away on Saturday April 10, 2010. Loving father of Raymond Moultrie, devoted brother of Teddy, Steven (Claudia), and Patricia High and the late Phillip (the late Willie Mae) and Laura Cureton. Special friend of Sheila Palmer.
