Reverend Dannie Keith Owens passed away peacefully on December 11, 2022 at home in Scotch Plains, NJ.

He was the Senior Pastor of Salem Baptist Church located in Jersey City, NJ for 28 years. Pastor Owens was a dynamic and inspirational preacher, teacher, husband, father and grandfather.

Rev. Owens leaves to cherish precious memories his wife, Olga; daughters Ashley Lauren (Patrick Douglas) and Danielle Christina; and son, Miles Bradford; grandson, Emory Cross; his parents, Marsden and Ruby Lee Owens; brother, Maurice Owens; and a host of extended family, friends, and congregation that were all special. May his work and legacy speak for him. Well done, thy good and faithful servant.
