Richard M. Mackey Sr. of Jersey City passed away on October18, 2015. Loving husband of (the late) Lennie Mackey; beloved father of Muriel Cowherd; dear brother of Deraine Mackey, Ruth Mackey-Moss, and Clara Brown. He is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great- great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
