Beloved husband of Delores Manning; loving father of Elgin Mitchell and Samantha ( Ervin) Lanier; son of (the late) Roosevelt and Wynetta Moore; brother of Roosevelt Jr., Donald & (the late) Stanford Moore; brother-in-law of Beverly, Jacqueline, & Sherry Moore; and grandfather of (7) grandchildren & (8) great- grandchildren.
