Adored husband of Francine Charles, dear son of Josephine and the late Russell Charles, Sr., cherished brother of Russell Charles Jr. (Mary), Daryle L. Charles, Josephine Tucker, Druscilla Nunery, Geraldine Goss (Loney), brother-in-law of Dorothy Burroughs (Richard) and god son of Evelyn Charles (late Richmond).
