Rosemary Cooley-Payneof Jersey City, NJ passed away on November 1, 2017. She was the loving wife of (the late) William Payne; aunt of special loving devoted nieces Keshanna and Kenya Cooley; loving sister of Jerome King, Joseph Cooley, and Juliana Cooley; and sister-in-law of Cornelia King. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
