Ruby Tucker of Jersey City passed away on March 12, 2015 in Elizabeth, NJ. She was the beloved wife of the late Virgil Tucker Sr.; Loving mother of (the late) Toney, Virgil Jr., and Naomi. Daughter of (the late) Irenious and Julian Jeter. Devoted sister of Althria Washington. Dear Mother-in- law of Dr. Janet Tucker. Cherished grandmother of Jermaine, Jumada, and Kenyetta. Great-grandmother of (11) great-grand children and (1) great-great grandchild. Aunt of special niece Joyce Jeter- Graham.
