Sheila D. Miller departed on Friday July 17, 2009 at home. A lifelong resident of Jersey City. She was a member of the United Reformed Church. She was the loving wife of James C. Miller, devoted mother of Reuben Williams, Justin Miller, Andrina Watson and Ashley Miller. Cherished daughter of Nathaniel Parham Sr. and the late Arlene Parham. Caring sister of Nathaniel Parham Jr. and Jessie Parham. Also survived by 6 grandchildren. 1 Great-granddaughter and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many other relatives and friends.
