Teresa R. Oglesby was born on June 25, 1960 in Jersey City, NJ to the late Carrie L. and Reuben B. Oglesby. She made her peaceful transition on Sunday, October 24, 2021.  Teresa attended Jersey City's P.S. # 2, St. Boniface Elementary and Sacred Heart Elementary Schools. She graduated from Henry Snyder High School. She studied Art History at Essex County College.  Teresa was an Office Manager for DuroTest and ArrowWork. She later worked as a Teacher's Assistant at the Institute Of Intriguing Minds (IOIM) until 2020. Teresa was a parishioner of Grace Van Vorst, St. Matthew's Episcopal and most recently The Episcopal Church Of The Incarnation. She was predeceased by her father, Reuben, mother, Carrie, and her brothers, Stanley and Derald Oglesby. Teresa is survived by her children:  Syreta, Tiffany and Bobby; her companion: Bob Graham;  her siblings: Reuben W.,  Angelyn, and Shira; Sisters In Law-Gale and Ling Ling; Brother In Law-Samad; Son In Law-Robert Rhoden;  Her grandchildren: Makayla, Cameron, Braylon and Rob, Jr.; Nieces: Christina, Jasmine, Tanaisha, Alana and a host of family and friends.  Due to COVID protocols and limited seats, services will also be live streamed on Facebook Live via typing in the event name of Celebration Of Life For Teresa R.
