Terrel L. Smith of Jersey City, NJ passed away on March 29, 2017. He was the beloved son of Terrence Ramsey Sr. and Theresa Smith; dear brother of Terrence Ramsey Jr. and Ta'Tioon N. Smith; grandson of JoAnn Ramsey; great grandson of Ertha L. Smith; and loving devoted companion of Tiffany. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
