Thalia C . Jackson affectionately known as Sugarmeat, entered eternal rest on Friday, January 23, 2015 at the Cusack Nursing Home with two family members by her side. Thalia was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church since the early 1970's. She was employed at JCMC and Margaret Hague as supervisor of Central Supply for a combined 30 years before retirement. she was a Daughter of the Pride of Jersey Lodge 98 for over 60 years and a member of the order of the Eastern Stars. Sugar had a big heart she adopted extra family all the time. Thalia was preceeded in death by her only son Theodore Jackson. She leaves her loving family to cherish her memories. Eartha Neil, Carolyn, Sharon and Georgianna. 17 grandchildren, 45 great-grands and 20 great-great grands. This Online Memorial has been created to commemorate the life of Thalia Jackson.
