Thurman L. Sparkman "Sparky" 60, of Rahway, NJ completed his journey in this life on June 18, 2013. Born in Andrews, SC to the late Myrtle Sparkman and the late Charlie Snow, Sr. In his late teenage years, he relocated to Jersey City, NJ and held various jobs prior to becoming a proprietor of Sparky's Grocery & Meats. After more than a decade at "Sparky's", Thurman transitioned careers and became an independent tractor trailer driver. Thurman was predeceased by his brother Jessie Snow, and son Jamahl Dorsey. He leaves to cherish his memories, longtime friend and wife Florese Harley-Sparkman; two daughters Ayana & Maniah Harley; three brothers Richard Sparkman, Randolph and Charlie Snow Jr; three sisters, Mildred Sparkman Allen, Lille Darby (Thomas) and Mildred Jackson (Dan) ; and a host of other relatives and friends.
