Tish Joy Glaster of Jersey City, NJ passed away on January 31, 2019. She was the loving mother of Qua'naya M. Glaster & Heaven M. Smalls; beloved daughter of Anna Glaster & (the late) James Howard Hill, Jr.; dear sister of Zujuan, Keith, Tyrone, Kim, Pannet, Tara, Melody, Jaquetta, Chary, & Valerie; and grandmother of Mason Mackinnie.
