Tony C. Richey of Jersey City, N.J. passed away on September 12, 2015. A Boil operator for the Newark Public School system and held the position of Supervisor. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine . Loving Father of Malcolm Richey and the late Marcus Richey. Beloved Son of Isreal Neal and the late Lucretta Marie Neal. Devoted Brother of Isreal (Poppy) Grant and his wife Janneka, Darrell (Omar) Grant and Pamela James. Also survived by a host of many loving Relatives and friends.
