Pastor Lowery Sr. was the Founder, Chairman and Pastor of Gospel Services Benevolent Society, Inc. located in Irvington, N.J. He also was a member of GNS Productions, Chaplain Ministry Hope Center in North Carolina chartered in Delaware and Florida. Pastor Vann Lester Lowery Sr. was a Clergyman, Businessman and Humantarian. Devoted husband of Kathleen Lowery. Beloved father of Donte N. and Vann Lester Jr., Jaleca C. and Charlotte M. Lowery, Laila J. (Cory) Hargrove and Yannah C. Taylor. Grandfather of 8. Loving Son of Evangelist Evelyn Lowery and the late Marion Williams. Dear brother of Alexander Fletcher Lowery, Annie Williams and 4 other siblings. Special Niece Danita Belton. Godmother Jannie Mae Edwards. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
