Mr. Walton A. Phillips, of Jersey City, NJ passed away on July 19, 2013. Adored father of Wanda Herron (Eugene) and Edmonia Phillips. Dear brother of Oscar Phillips (Edith), Conrad Phillips and Inez Durham. Loving grandfather of 10, great grandfather of 17, and great great grandfather of two.
