of Jersey City, N.J. passed away on September 8, 2020. Beloved Wife of the late James Rouse Jr. Loving Mother of James E. and Eula T. Rouse. Devoted Sister of James, Jordan, Mary, Melinda and Glenda. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and many other loving Relatives and friends.
